This role combines traditional HR responsibilities with strategic recruitment and talent management initiatives. It is ideal for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in global hiring, candidate engagement, and HR operations within an international IoT-focused organization. 

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Duration: 3–6 months 

Key Responsibilities: 

Talent Sourcing 
Identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and university portals to build a strong talent pipeline. 

Recruitment Support 
Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with HR managers. 

Candidate Communication 
Maintain professional communication with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process. 

Onboarding Assistance 
Support onboarding activities and help new interns integrate into the organization. 

HR Operations & Reporting 
Maintain recruitment trackers, update databases, and prepare hiring reports. 

Requirements: 

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) 

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

• Interest in HR and recruitment 

• Self-motivated with attention to detail 

• Ability to work in a remote environment 

Academic Qualifications: 

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
